THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL (PENWITH) (CONNOR DOWNS AND ANGARRACK) (RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2011 THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL (HAYLE) (PROSPECT PLACE AND VARIOUS STREETS) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES AND RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING) (AMENDMENT) (PART 2) ORDER 2011

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20th day of March 2013 the Council made the above Order operational from 21st March 2013 to regulate traffic in Hayle. The effect is to introduce waiting restrictions as specified below.

The Order, the relevant map and statement of reasons may be inspected during the opening hours of (i) One Stop Shop, Commercial Road, Hayle TR27 4DE; (ii) CORMAC Reception, Radnor Road, Scorrier, TR16 5EH. Further information can be obtained by telephoning 01872 323313. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the 20th March 2013, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Marsh Lane (leading to Nos 1-8) no waiting at any time along various sections; Mellanear Road junction protection with Foundry Hill and St Michael's Close; Penpol Road no waiting at any time between No 25 and Penpol School; Phillack Hill removal of section of no waiting at any time north of Springfiel Close; Prospect Place no waiting at any time near junction with Chapel Lane;
