Through Phillack Urban Council, inhabitants of Angarrack, between Hayle and Gwinear Road, are petitioning the Great Western Railway Company to erect a halt there.
On 22 April 1915 it was reported
"PROPOSED HALT AT ANGARRACK.
...the proposal had already been under consideration, but the results obtained from the enquiries which had been made were not such as to encourage the view that a halt would prove remunerative to the company.
