The Christmas Lights now going up — Switch on — Saturday 4th December, 7pm by the Pub. The Christmas Lights are going up on the 17th-21st and we’re always in need of volunteers to help in lots of ways, eg with putting lights up or with Switch On night or with collections. If you think you could help in any way then please let Russell know at 16 Steamers Hill (russell@angarrack.info or 01736 759458). All donations gratefully accepted too for funds, bottle stall, raffle prizes etc! Switch On night will see Santa’s arrival and he will be pleased to see the little ones in the children’s Christmas grotto. There will be fireworks plus Bob McCreadie and Pirate FM will be present too. There is also a raffle—tickets included with this newsletter - please do try to sell as many as you can, it all helps a lot. More tickets can be obtained from Russell. Prizes include a lovely Christmas hamper! This year we will be running a competition for the best lit private house and also best lit window, to be judged on Switch On night. The major new feature this year is the completion of the twelve days of Christmas theme lights with twelve drummers drumming! We look forward to seeing you all at Switch On night! The Angarrack Lights committee thank you all for your continued support. Your help and donations are greatly appreciated.
