The Duck Race is coming! The Summer Duck Race will be held on Saturday 11th July starting at 4pm. There will be a BBQ and other stalls, and of course the ‘tote’ on the duck race results! All are welcome and there will be children’s races as well as the championship race… If you would like to donate prizes for the races or for the Raffle / Tombola then please take them to Nikki at 29 Riverside who will be very pleased to accept them! Contact Nikki on 01736 752827. In a similar vein, do you have an old mobile phone you no longer need and don’t know how best to get rid of? We can now recycle these phones to raise money for the lights! Simply take them to Chris at Cherry Trees on Riverside. We’ll keep a tally of how we do with this scheme.
